Dedicated to the world of private business for over 20 years, her professional career began in her father's law firm in the hospitality division. She began as a personal assistant to the director, a role she performed with great dedication and which allowed her to specialize in customer service for years. After being involved in the accounting and human resources departments, she gained extensive experience in the company's finance department. Her career in the hospitality industry culminated in her position as quality director for the various hotels on the island and in Ibiza that were part of the business group. She managed over 40 employees and overcame the crisis of 2008 by generating successful contracts with tour operators until 2010.

 

Davinia has been continuously training, as her goal is to become a prestigious professional. This has been recognized with the degrees she earned from the prestigious ESERP business school, where she successfully graduated with an MBA in Administration and won an award for best business project. After closing her hospitality branch, she dedicated herself to the vacation rental and sale of apartments in Ibiza, in the Sant Joan de Labritja area, where her interest in learning more about the real estate world began to develop. It was then that she decided to experience going to New York for six months to perfect her English and work for a prefabricated home development company. It was there that she discovered that her future would lie exclusively in the real estate world.

 

Upon returning to Palma de Mallorca, she was the manager of her father's company until she finally decided to go it alone and created DAVINIA CALDÉS. While creating the company, she continued to train, obtaining qualifications from the prestigious Home Staging School and School of Interior Design in Madrid, which allowed her to create her differentiating value, a real estate agency that offers an exclusive Home Staging service to owners.
